Las BioPaddles no requieren ning\u00fan otro equipo de prueba: solo se necesita una lupa y un lugar c\u00e1lido (35\u00b0C o incubadora).  <\/p>\n<p>Muestreo l\u00edquido: Retira la pala del vial y llena el frasco (aproximadamente 40 mL) con la muestra. Introduce la pala, haz girar durante 15 segundos. Vierte el l\u00edquido, vuelve a colocar la pala en el vial e incuba.  <\/p>\n<p>Muestreo superficial: Retira la pala del vial y toca suavemente cada superficie del medio de la paleta con la superficie de la muestra dos veces por lado. Vuelve a poner la paleta en el vial y incuba. <\/p>\n<p>Muestreo de aire: Retira la paleta del frasco. Invierte y monta la tapa circular en el vial, exponiendo la pala cubierta de \u00e1gar. Expone durante 15 minutos.
